Valente’s birthday
This year we decided to bake Valente a cake on his birthday and have a picnic. The cake lasted thirty seconds, but he sure enjoyed it. It was a marvelous day and I hope you like the pictures

Roadtrip
When we moved from California to Illinois, a little more than a year ago, we decided to drive so we could bring Valente with us and enjoy a roadtrip as a family. Our car was full of stuff and it was the first time driving for so long, but man, was it worth it! We ended up seeing so many beautiful things on the road: mountains, storms, the incredibly beautiful Colorado. And last week I finally edited those pictures. I felt like I was reliving it all. The storms, the wait, the scenery and the excitement of moving to a city we barely knew.
